Dr. R. Michael Gross is the group's original primary shoulder specialist. His current research has awarded him two patents which have impacted arthroscopic shoulder surgery for the unstable shoulder and the durability of a total shoulder replacement. Dr. Gross has had a number of publications, as well as many national presentations on his work. He has been the team physician for the Omaha Lancers and Daniel J. Gross High School for over 25 years. His practice focuses on all aspects of shoulder disorders.

Dr. McCarthy remains committed to his patients with hand, elbow and shoulder problems. He combines his interest in basic science and clinical research with the day-to-day care of patients. Whether injured patients are athletes or workers, he attempts to utilize innovative techniques in conjunction with time-honored care plans.

Dr. Tiedeman is one of the few doctors in the area with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Hand Surgery. After residency, he completed an upper extremity fellowship at the University of Iowa and has additional training in microvascular reconstruction. The focus of his practice is the treatment of hand, elbow and shoulder disorders in patients of all ages.

Dr. Rosipal completed his fellowship under Drs. Charles A. Rockwood and Michael A. Wirth in shoulder and elbow surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center of San Antonio. He, along with Dr. Gross, devotes the majority of his practice to problems of the shoulder and elbow.
