Dr. Tiedeman is a board certified orthopedic surgeon with subspecialty interest in surgery of the hand and upper extremity.  His practice is devoted to the treatment of hand, elbow and shoulder disorders.  He is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.  He also possesses a Certificate of Added Qualification in Hand Surgery.  He has additional interest and training in microvascular reconstruction.

Dr. McCarthy's interest in Hand & upper Extremity problems has grown with a focused practice based on his orthopaedic and hand fellowship train at Washington University.  While treating current problems with state of the art techniques he continues with basic science and clinical research with the hope new ideas and/or techniques can be found.
